Anyone have any insight on a good deer lease?

Myself and another family have been looking.

We already have small acreages to hunt but don't have family camping/hunting on current properties.

Not really a fan of leasing from the big timber companies… Would prefer private owner.

Following. We don't hunt often, so no need for a lease but would love to find someone who would allow us to come out and hunt a doe or cull or anything really on a one off basis at a reasonable price. I have two boys, I'm teaching to shoot and are about the age where it's time to hunt something for real rather than paper at the range.
