And they put up so damn many, I've seen three different neighborhoods going up basically within a 10 miles radius.

0.25 acres.... thats enough land for three houses to a builder like SC.

Friend of mine bought a new Style Craft home for his first home, the guest toilet fell through the floor after the first month living there.

They are just cheap, poorly made homes, they put up a million, and if you do buy one you're constantly competing against new builds when you inevitably decide to sell it.
