Due to sudden, extenuating circumstances, a friend of mine is in need of a female to sublease a room in Galveston. She is a nursing student at UTMB and is just looking for somebody to take over her portion of the lease for her immediately. A quick run down:
- Rent is split 3 ways, $400 per person plus utilities.
- Subleaser will have own bedroom and bathroom.
- House is 3 stories; room is on 2nd floor. Has 2 car garage.
- House is bayside beach house that is very new and in great shape. In a very quiet, family oriented neighborhood.
- The other 2 tenants are also female students.
- Move in is immediately, take over rent starting January 1st, 2011.
