Anyone done a Christmas rental in Port A? Are there lots of people there? Is it shut down and deserted? Suggestions? Recommendations?

Before y'all start, this is for next Christmas....

Other than old crackers from up north escaping blizzards, the area is pretty desolate. And most of the old crackers are either in RVs or own a place. You shouldn't have a problem booking a place a couple months in advance.
