Alleged shooter was trial for agg sexual assault. Shootings took place outside the courthouse. at least 4 shot, one confirmed dead. Alleged shooter possibly shot by police and in critical condition.

shooter is back behind bars after being released from hospital. 1 dead, 79 yr old woman that was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Another woman 20 yrs old in critical condition. She was shot and run over. She was his daughter I believe.
