Gonna be staying in Texas City and working in Galveston for the next few weeks. Was thinking about trying to catch some fish at the Texas City Dike. Anyone have any suggestions or other spots?

I know alot of people fish off the pier at TAMUG but I'm not a big fisher myself

Fuishing is fine but do not wade fish. The tides around that dike are vicious. Be safe.
