The Omni on North Shoreline Drive has jacked up their rates following renovation of the hotel. Going to be in Corpus for 2 nights, July 6 and 7th. Any suggestions on other places to stay in the downtown area, or at least nearby downtown. Thanks

V boutique hotel is very nice. There is a restaurant below called Vietnam which is also very good.
