I am moving to Corpus for work in a few months. Is there any Aggie realtors in CC that could help a fellow Aggie out? Me and my family are trying to decide on renting or buying as we know this is not our "forever" home. So I have some general questions and for sure a house to find.

I am relocating to Houston for work and our home is now on the market.

3/2/2 Mediterranean Stucco on a corner lot.
Tons of upgrades throughout.
Great landscaping.
Sprinkler system in the front with option to add on to the back.

I see your taxes shot way up too. San Pat CAD is claiming my home went up $47,000 this year.

Would you be interested in renting your house? My wife and I feel that we do not have time to do our due diligence to buy a home in the CC area. We would look to be renting for about 2 years.
