This is where I grew up, and I still have a lot of relatives who live in and around the area. I know my sister who still lives there had mandatory evacuation and she went to a shelter in Gatesville and then onto a cousin's place in Franklin. All I've heard so far is about the levee by Columbia Lakes. Any Information would be greatly appreciated.

I talked with a friend today who still has family there and he said for now his family is dry. They live east of 36 on Irwin. My brother is in Clute and he told me that the Brazos could be out of the banks soon though.
