Gonna be in Victoria for Xmas. We have Wed-Fri to kill before we visit some in-laws in Corpus on Sat. Looking for some activities for kids (10 & 5) within a couple hours of Victoria. We've done most San Antonio & Austin stuff so would prefer to find other alternatives. More than willing to stay overnight somewhere if there are several activities in one general location.

A little further than 2 hours, but Galveston is fun for kids that time of year. Schlitterbahn, Moody has the Festival of Lights, etc and rides on Pleasure Pier. All dressed up in Christmas on Strand downtown. Check into it.

Probably should have excluded Galveston too. We live in Houston and get down there a decent amount.

Might just go into Corpus and do the Aquarium and Ship. Port A has a Pirate cruise, not sure if it's going this time of year -
