How would a short vacation Sunday through Tuesday look like in Galveston? Are most things shut down? Are any restaurants open? Hotel pools open?

It's all open and has been busy, a little less so since July 4th. Everyone over 10 yrs. of age is required to wear face mask inside public buildings/restaurants but can take mask off while sitting at table. Restaurants are at 50% capacity. Pools are open although the neighborhood pool where I live is closed because we don't have a life guard on duty to limit capacity to 50%.
