After 37 years, the restaurant is closing. I grew up with the restaurant on the beach. Even when I would visit my hometown as an adult, that would be one of my favorites to go to.

This is a sad day. One of the last great seafood dives on the coast. Lots of good memories and meals there.

Gotta pour one out for them.

We camped at the new Bluewater camp ground just over the San Luis pass(nice place by the way). We got tired of going into town to eat, and went to Surfside and ate there. Amazingly good!
