Is Ryan Smith around 26? My oldest son grew up with a Ryan Smith (not that it's an uncommon name).

Ryan is close to 30....he is from Indiana, but settled here after getting out the Army after 2 Iraq tours

Ryan is a great guy and one of my better friends. fahraint, do you go to TBC or know him through something else?

Ryan speaks well of Mark M at ReMax and Grady Tyroch at Rodney Dunn.

I don't know Mark at all so i can't say much about him... but I'd be very confident using Grady or Ryan.

I'll stick with Mark or Ryan.

While a great guy, I will say Grady is not quite the go-getter than Ryan or Mark are.

Like I said, I don't know Mark personally, but I know he's one of the top for a reason.

And Ryan WILL get your house sold if that's what you're looking for. I would assume he's a good buyer's agent as well. I've seen very few of his houses stay on the market for more a couple of months.

I will say that Ryan is a big tU fan and has that going against him... but that's about it.

Let me clarify my response on Grady. He's a VERY nice guy...one of the nicest, but as you said, cjags, not quite the go-getter he used to be.
