My fiancee and I are getting married next April and have been looking at venues in Salado. We really like Tenroc Ranch, but havent seen or heard any reviews of the place, so if anyone has a comment we would love to hear it. Any other suggestions for venues in the area would be great as well. We are looking for an outdoor wedding and would like to stay at or around $4000 for the reception and ceremony.

My fiancee and I are having our reception at the Inn at Salado in July (getting married in Killeen). I believe she looked at Tenroc but she liked Inn at Salado more and it was cheaper.We are well over $4,000 though. We are having a large crowd because I have a large family but you could probably check them out.

The Tenroc is GREAT for weddings. Been to several.

There are two places there, one larger than the other. One can seat right over 100 people, while the other can seat(I think as I have never been to this side) closer to 250.

Both have it set up to do the ceremony down by the creek, and both have an indoor pavilion for the reception.

You really need to look @ Moon River Ranch.

MUCH better than Tenroc Ranch.
