I know its been discussed here before but ate at Dead Fish Grill in Belton again last night with the wife and children and it was outstanding. Their grilled shrimp tacos are really good. Kids didn't even mind that it took a while because they really enjoyed watching the boats go by on the water, and the two person band that was playing around the corner of the deck from us was good too

Fried shrimp po'boy. Dang good.
