I need a 6 month lease in the Temple or surrounding areas. My fiancée and I are getting married in December and will be looking to buy a home in February/March. Anyone have any suggestions for good apartments/duplexes/rental homes?

A few of my medical school friends from A&M stayed in Wildflower Villas. They are pretty nice apartments.

Not sure what your price range is, but there's a nice one in Belton. And there's a pretty new one (about 4 years old) in west temple off 2305. i lived in west temple, and i liked it. Sorry i don't remember the names of the complexes, but I always use apartments.com.

ones that seemed decent to me while we were looking are (in Temple) wildflower villas, bluffs, pecan pointe (<- really nice), and a few other i can't think of.

We lived at Turtle Creek in Belton for the first 6 months when we moved here and liked it a good bit. lot of UMHB kids, but it was pretty quiet and a nice complex. they're building a new one behind it called "legacy landing" that looks pretty nice.
