My wife and I will be relocating to Temple before January 1st and are looking for a house to rent. We would like to keep the rent below 1200/Month. Any leads are appreciated!!

I've got a guest room you could rent....
Neighbors tried renting their house but they ended up selling. I will keep my eye out.

Wife and I just moved out of a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath house for $850...owners very good and nice...in Temple's historic district.

Husband and I just leased a house near Lions Park in Temple. 3/2 huge back yard. Really digging it. 900/mo. There is quite a bit in your price range. David Spradley does rentals in the area. His fam is all over real estate. Seem like good people.
