Would prefer Brown County, Mills County, San Saba County, Mcculough County area. This is for a good friend of mine (West Point grad who spent 6 years in active duty and then got his MBA at A&M). I have a place in Mills County, but its not big enough for 4 guns and we already have 2 or 3 of us who hunt it pretty often. I assume the going rate for a lease in this area is ~$1200-1500/gun?
