I don't have time to do this on my own and want to get it done before I move in.

Looking to take a standard patio and extend it with flagstone after closing in the original patio...perhaps a fireplace out there too (or BBQ pit installed). Also want a bit of shade. Something for hosting folks, BBQ, and just chilling outside.

finally got a hold of him...there was an issue with his website. i got a decent range of how much this will cost me.

question: did you guys use stone or paver stone? Not sure what I wanna do yet, but it is gonna look cool. Any suggestions? I want a pergola, but not sure if it is in my budget.
