I have applied for many jobs at Scott & White and either never hear anything back or get a email saying I am not qualified. Have heard it is hard to get on there unless you have a pull with someone that works there. Why is it so hard to get an interview?

I have no clue why it takes so long. I started dealing with them a year ago February and finally started a job with them on Jan 17th.

At least you got them to talk to you. I can't even get that far.

what are you applying for and what location?

A Technical Support II position in IS Hardware support, I think it has been filled, but I have applied for many IT jobs there and never even get so much as a email.
