Bought Papa Murphy's dough. Went to Salado's Farmer's Market. Got some oregano plants and basil too. Put both on the pizza.
Got some fresh eggplant and paddy squash. Marinaded the egg and squash in balsamic vinegar, oil, S&P, etc...grilled at 500 degrees.
Pre heated the dough in the oven for 5 min at 350. Then added homemade (Mrs. Fly Army) pizza sauce (or just buy one). Added left over ck. Tomatoes. Feta on top.
Got grill to 500-525 and put on the stone.
So far, I like this place. Lots of cool stuff to see and good fresh food.
