Yea it is. I got mine to go, so it was less expensive. Everything is homemade and fresh.

We eat there almost every Sunday after church. Food is fantastic. Try the short rib hash....unreal!

Dammit, whitey. I took your suggestion and now I am addicted. The shortrib hash is OUTSTANDING. I got the toast with all those seeds in it. Their breads and toast alone are almost worth the price of the meal!

I have decided this is the best restaurant in town.

I figured it was chick food and chick portions due to the name. It's anything but. Good stuff!

The hash does not disappoint! I usually get the hash and a waffle (best waffles in town by a mile), which is a ton of food but a great set up for a Sunday nap.

And ya, Pablo, their bread is legit. A couple of months ago, they had homemade fig jelly with it...awesome stuff.

Dr Ed McCaffrey, a podiatrist at the old Kings Daughters, owns the place and runs it with his whole family. One daughter does the business, one is the chef, etc. And you'll always see Ed hustling and sweating up a storm on Sundays.

I'm just happy the place is sticking around. Temple needed it badly.

Only problem I have found with this place is it is all the way on the other side of town from me.
