What do you mean by "does this game still matter?"

I guess it matters to the kids playing, and the band, cheerleaders, coaches, parents, fans, etc.

Killeen is 4A and Ellison is 5A, so I guess it doesn't matter in the district title race.

Oh hell yeah. The Killeen/Ellison JV game is more intense than those.

after harker heights opened its always seemed like killeen cared more about that game than ellison, at least when i was there in 01-05

Ellison got owned on the line of scrimmage tonight...too many turnovers as well...game was never close

I graduated from Ellison, and while I was there it was just EHS and KHS. The game was definitely fun, and I had a blast being on the field for it. The pranks were fun as well, but did get carried away at times. But now, I probably wouldnt even recognize an empty Leo Buckley for this matchup.
