Know nothing about them, but are those things worth the cost? What DO they cost? How much will your electricity bill be lowered? What kind of tax credits are there? Does it really add value to a house, and if so, how much?

FWIW, I have read it takes 15-25 years to break even in terms of electricity savings, and that is taking into consideration tax breaks and rebates.
