I am having fits with their customer service. Does anyone else have some type of high speed and how is it delivered. Temple.

They had top put in a new cable, stood me up today on an appointment to bury it. I stayed home all day when there were urgent things I needed to be doing, and they were OH well, when I used the chat to complain. No way to get anyone on the phone. Now I have to wait another week. I have a septic tank and am afraid they will do much damage if I am not home to tell them what to do. In the mean time my younger dog, who is till a pup and will chew, has to stay crated anytime I am gone when there is a lovely yard, because of the cable which will now be on the ground for another week. I am not a happy customer right now.

I am close, very close to goig direct tv and at&t dsl for internet. We arent high net users and dont stream stuff. May one day stream netflix but not now.

We use AT&T dsl and do ok. I get anywhere from 1-2 meg download speeds. I can do Netflix in one place and browse in another but not Netflix on 2 devices or Netflix and download anything.
