Shrimp etatufe for the rip and seafood jambalaya for me.....nothing to write home about. Probably won't ever eat there again, although we only go to Waco about every 3-4 months.

prob the most overrated place in Waco. I can't remember it being good for 10 years.

Great location, but it's unbelievable how BLAND their food it. It seems to be presented OK and the wait staff is pretty good there. The food just needs to be seasoned properly. It's weird. That place has potential too.

I will give the restaurant credit, when they opened, there was nothing else downtown except the Hilton.

I give Buzzard Billy's a lot of credit for helping revitalize downtown Waco.

Buzzard Billy's was one of the places we hit up on my 21st Birthday (on a Sunday night) back in 1995. The old location of course. That's how bereft of places to drink that were open on Sunday night Waco used to be.
