anybody know what it is? super fancy freestanding wall right across the street from the hospital.

It is a mock up wall for re-skinning the newest part of the hospital is what I understand.

Apparently they are having problems with water intrusion similar to what was going on at the Temple Police station.

I hate that new part of S&W! Lord knows we have spent enough time and money there they should have put me on the planning committee!!!

Seems wierd they had to build a test wall.

It is a shame because I like the way the new part looked, something different. Now it will be stucco and stone like every other building in texas.

The current facade is having water intrusion issues thus they are building the test wall to ensure the contractor is installing the new systems correctly to prevent problems. They will spend what seems like a lot of money for the test wall to ensure that the huge sum of money spent on the rework is done properly.

A bunch of the firms involved in the original project are being sued over this.
