Kelsey Bone, on the other hand was stunning in the picture from Aggie Athletics.

Mulk kept it made up like a tranny for most tv interviews - fluffy hair, lip gloss. I'm thinking that, as of tonight, that won't happen again.

no she did not...Griner has gone overboard wearing more masculine clothing than necessary every award ceremony and TV interview she has had! Slacks and a blouse, even a tailored shirt would have been fine, add a long chain or beads but no, she had to wear vests and neckties also...this has been done multiple times. It is like she has thumbed her nose and almost dared anyone to ask for gender proof.

The TV show, Little Couple had the female doctor traveling to NYC to a store that custom made her a couple pairs of adult looking shoes in her kid size. Brittney could have done the same but nope didn't even try to look more feminine.

While I do feel empathy toward Brittney for the negative treatment I am sure kids have dealt her, I hate the charade that has been perpetuated by Baylor women's basketball.

It actually looked more like an all white Saturday night fever suit without a tie. It seems as if the local news will still have her on display. And Mom, one of the things she said in the interview after the draft was that she is looking forward to "more freedom" I took it as more freedom to be what she is. A boy.

The Tribulation has a larger picture and yes, it is just a white suit...a woman would have chosen a colored blouse to wear with it, not a plain white oxford cloth button down.

So is her coming "out" a surprise?

There was a thread on M&W or Rivalries a couple of years ago that had copies of tweets from Griner. She definitely isn't a lady based on her tweets.

We already knew, but interesting that she publicly announced. Would love to hear what Baylor people have to say.

I swear I remember a few years ago that a couple of Baylor softball players were kicked off the team because they were openly gay? Can anyone confirm that? My memory is hazy.

No disrespect intended, but yeah, you're the only one who missed it. It is even mentioned a couple of posts above yours.

As for Baylor people, I think it was on their boards, and consisted of a lot of "love the sinner, hate the sin, Yay Brittney" stuff.....

Griner threw Mulkey under the bus about the Baylor sexuality statement and don't ask, don't tell.

I really don't care who throws who under the bus between those two. I'm sick of both of them...

It seems the partnership between Griner and Mulkey was a tenuous one at best. Will be interesting to see what else comes out now that Griner seems to be free and willing to speak her mind.
