I'm graduating in May and starting a job in Stephenville in June. I've been looking for a decent place to live, but most of the apartments I've looked into have been pretty focused on college students, and I don't really want to live with college students anymore.

Are there any good apartments/townhomes in Stephenville that aren't full of college kids?

You may want to try the Metroplex board, I don't think I've ever seen a Stephenville post on this board.

I lived there as a kid, otherwise I would try and help ya out, all I remember is my little bubble.

Stephenville is definitely a no man's land when it comes to TexAgs regional boards...

But yeah, I'd say metroplex (Fort Worth) is probably closest....

Now that I think about it, unbelievably, I don't think I've ever been to Stephenville..

I really wasn't quite sure which board to put this on.

I think I've driven through Stephenville once maybe. In contrast, I've been to Dublin at least twice and Comanche at least 4 times

I'm from Stephenville and can say that you won't find any multifamily housing that isn't mostly Tarleton kids. The enrollment has far outpaced the apartment inventory in town.

Your best bet would probably be to look for a small rental house. There are lots of houses for rent, again, because of all the students.
