I got my first ticket in nearly 7 years going 30 in a 25 mph zone tonight in Morgan's Point. Has anyone heard of someone successfully contesting a ticket in MPR?

My rib got a "failure to come to a complete stop" ticket on x-mas eve... I was inebriated and she was sober as a Puritan, hadn't had a drink.... Cop made her run the gamut of tests, blew 0.0 twice and then came up with a bs ticket... Guy was reaching for a dwi ( I could smell the scotch permeating through my pores) and figure the cop could to. When he realized we were smart, had a DD, and properly planned our evening he decided to punish us with that ticket...

Yeah. I don't think she rolled through the stop sign, but then again I wasn't in the best condition to be a reputable witness. She says she didn't, and I believe her... When she disputed it the cop said she didn't pause long enough for it to be a "complete" stop.
Probably so, but still that is a weak ace law IMO. And a "cop" out to try and get a DWI on some one. ( pun intended)
