Liberty Hill vs Rockport Fulton at Alamo Stadium

Checking in from college station, rogers up 14-7 at end of 1. We should handle this team easy. If we win rogers could play franklin next week, who was our 1st loss of the season when coach tried to make changes. Should be interesting.

Mart wins. Now we are just waiting on the winner of Crawford vs Hico.

After an exciting stop by the defense in the redzone, Rogers heads into halftime with a 39-14 lead.

Hico over Crawford 16-14.

Rockdale wins despite the starting QB and backup QB (who later came back in) going down.

51-28 final here in CS. Rogers moves on.

So looks like Rogers gets Newton next week as they took down Franklin 49-21 or something to that nature. Looks like that game could be held in N. Houston somewhere. Palastine (sp?) maybe?

As someone who now lives close to Shenandoah and about 10 branches of Woodforest Bank, I got that!

Very proud of the Temple Wildcats, who look like a team of destiny. Love the kids and coaches/teachers of THS. They deserve only good things.

Proud of the Cameron Yoemen! All they do is reload in a rebuilding year of sorts, and win!

Rockdale won the "Battle of the Bell" earlier this year and now Cameron gets another shot at the Tigers.

I can't remember his ever happening between the two teams.

Jan what is the best way to get from here to Shenanwhatever. I have never even heard that name in relation to Texas. I think it is a conroe isd stadium, but closer to the Woodlands. I am not sure we will try to make it unless they let us leave early.

Shenandoah is an incorporated, actual city that was completely swallowed up by The Woodlands. So, it's this small town within a town. It's near the Mall of the Woodlands, which is on I-45. In essence, it's The Woodlands.

The easiest way is to take 105 in Navasota to Conroe until you hit I-45, then head South.

Take Exit 77 to Tamina Rd and Research Forest Drive. Stay in the far left lane. You're going to make a U turn under 45 at Research Forest Drive and head back north .

You will then take a right onto Alexandra Lane.

Take a left on David Memorial Drive for about .7 miles.

Allow about 3 hours to get there. The good news is that the worst of the traffic on 45 will be going the other way. Enjoy. Gorgeous area of Texas.

Hearing Rogers game will be in Conroe

It is a conroe isd stadium but not in Conroe.

The Woodlands High Schools are all part of Conroe ISD. THat's why it says that it's being played in Conroe....except it's south of Conroe.
