Depends what you are looking for. In my opinion, Cafe cappuccino's service is awful and the food isn't that good. Elite has a good patio and mimosas.

Been many moons since I brunched at Cafe Capuccino. I recall it being exceptional from the food standpoint. Cannot recall how the service was.
