I'm looking for a recommendation for someone to take some nice pictures of our house that we are putting up for sale. I will also get one from our realtor but frankly I'd like another rec or two.

Wanting someone that has experience with interior lighting primarily.

Wouldn't mind it if they could help make a nice brochure once photos are taken but this part is not entirely necessary (could do that on our own if need be, but an artistic eye could be helpful)

If you use Ryan Smith reality he has a professional photographer come in and take photos.

we use fleeting moments studio. she is out of waco, so I am not sure if she will come down to Temple to do the shots, but they do amazing family and personal photos.

Why would you pay extra money for a photographer to take pics of your home for sale?

Congratulations! I'm so jealous.... I keep trying to convince the hubby to do the same.
