It is a customer service business for several companies one of which is ticket master. They handle corporate purchases and have offices all over the country. It's owned locally. I think but I'm not sure that is similar to a franchise type deal. You buy the rights to handle customer service and ordering of ticket dispersion companies such ticket master, stub hub etc.
