RD Chaplin is a drafter that does a TON of the homes in the area. He is not an architect, so he is not good at coming up with his own design ideas, probably need a pretty good basis to what you want. He is pretty cheap though...

Also there is MRB Group that does architecture ( Tanya Mikeska) but I think they do more commercial/retail and probably more expensive.
