Seems like I can't find out exactly what happened but apparently MISD lowered grades and then kicked protesting parents out of board meetings.

I remember this happening 2 years ago and it was framed as the superintendent is "demanding excellence."

I wonder what happens when these people have moved on already? That superintendent is along the coast now.
