Agreed. I'm probably going to put Shoepf's on the once every 5-6 months pile. I just don't like how much they charge, the overall experience, or the actual BBQ at this point. It's annoying that they want to hand you some food and then take 30 mins for kitchen items. For what you're paying, they can handle bringing the cut BBQ and sides with any kitchen items.

I went Thursday with my parents:
4 Brisket Street Tacos
1 Brisket Tamale
1 Brisket Taco on Flour
1 Chopped Sandwich
1 Turkey Sandwich
Half Pint of Elote and Pint of Beans
1 Dessert
4 Drinks

$170

We were getting food randomly. The actual brisket was not nearly on par with Miller's or Putska's. The buns for the sandwiches were completely different than last several times. I go more for the Tex-Mex flavor profile, because it's really good. But, just too much to overlook these last 2 times.

That makes me gag.

I took some customers out to another one on this list in Houston last month and fed 8 people for $150 and everyone was stuffed.
