If it's a common color, you can pretty much go to O'Reilly's, AutoZone, or one of the other to purchase a small bottle.

I've bought from multiple Toyota dealers and the touch up paint usually runs $10 to $15.

Lots of dealers don't carry those anymore actually. You have to order then in many cases.
