Worst things I ever saw as a dealer tech for Ford:

1) main caps left loose (not even hand tight) and 2 main bearings not even installed. This was on a 5.4 3V.
2) Crankshaft parted in 4.6 2V. Looked like casting process was interrupted...

My dip**** dealer sent these through PDI. I got these jobs from the customer.

After watching this channel for about a year now….the use of spray foam is absolutely appalling!

Happened to me back in 1974 with a brand spankin 74 Chevy pickup. At about 400 miles it started knocking and I took it back to the dealer. Turned out the 350 in it had the front and rear main bearings installed but nada on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th journals. Mechanic at the dealer was amazed it got to 400.
