I recently used ForScan on my F-150 to enter the correct tire circumference because it was still set to the stock tire measurements. The current tires are larger by about 200 mm. I used a GPS speedometer to do a check of the truck speedometer accuracy and it's reading about 4% faster than the GPS measurement.

Try to find a DPS Trooper on the side of the road. Go 100 mph past him and compare that to the speed he says you were going. Using 100 mph makes it easier math.

You've done everything you needed to do....did you go back in with FORScan to see if the information saved?

Lower the circumference measurement until it reads accurately?

I'll try that. I'll start with reducing it 4% and see how that goes.

It was very consistent and it's the #1 GPS speedometer app, so I trust it. I have not tested it in my car, but plan to.
