2018 Ram. Where do I go to get this repaired? An upholstery shop? Somewhere else? Is this something I can repair with an amazon kit? I don't want this to get worse and I don't want to releather the whole cab.

Amazon kit won't help since it's on a seam. You could try upholstery shop and another is the entire leather seat cover from eBay or junkyard

We had a tear in a leather sofa and Dillard's sent someone that fix a defect just like that; you could not even see it afterward.

So a furniture repair shop might be able to help.

I missed that!

Just go to an auto upholstery shop. They will probably replace that piece, and maybe the side piece also. I would ask them to build up or steam the foam in that area also as it's probably flattened out or worn down some. That grain and color is easy to match. It should be in and out in one day.

I used gorilla glue construction adhesive on mine 3 yrs ago and it hasn't spread. That's the 5 dollar fix. For 200 you can get a new matching seat panel from the seat shop website, they have good leather.
