Closing was also smooth. Did ask about the usual warranties and whatnot but after a "no" they just moved on.

I recently purchased through Big Star Honda on the Gulf Freeway. I had no contact going in and just reached out to several Honda dealers online. The sales contact at Big Star that responded to me was named Amelia. The reason I went with them is that they were very willing to negotiate via text, email, and phone before I went to the dealership. I had a final number and just went in to test drive and sign paperwork. No hassle. Just my experience, can't say if that is atypical for this dealer.

We got a pilot from Julianna Honda Tomball - I looked everywhere in Texas before. She was awesome - had everything worked out before we ever touched foot in the dealership.

We bought it right when the new generation came out and prices of new cars had the extra fees bs etc

Everywhere wanted 3,000-5,000 on top of msrp. We got it for about 500-1000 below msrp. It was the ex-l version.

Originally went to tomball Honda as it was one of the only dealers with a demo to drive. Our first sales agent gave us an offer with the mark up of about 3,000….we politely declined and left. A few months later I inquired again there to see if they wanted to play the game - no bs add ons/fees and out the door price before ever stepping foot in the dealer…our new sales rep this time was Julianna and she was excellent. Worked it all before we ever stepped foot in the dealership. There is a reason she is the only one in Houston to win the awards she has won - give her a shot. Tell her you got her info from texags
