I was in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma and needed gas. I stopped at an old school gas station that didn't have any options, so I filled up with regular gas and not premium. Will the vehicle be okay with one tank of regular gas?

Yeah a lot of people never run premium in them.

I'll tell you what. You give me $100, and I'll come take it off your hands.

Just replace the Lexus Logo with a Toyota and you'll be fine

I wouldn't worry about it at all for one fill up. Good thread on IH8MUD on this subject if you are interested in understanding more about the pros and cons of running regular long term (knowing this isn't the question you asked):

It's fine, next time put half a tank and dilute it down with 93 at the next opportunity

My wife only put regular gas in her 2015 IS250 in her entire 5 year ownership with zero issues. I imagine most modern vehicles can handle the octane change.

Not familiar with this issue

I highly doubt they put anything sensitive enough in there to recognize a 6and a half percent change in octane. That small of a change can be from anything. Maybe over a long stretch of time it would do something, but short term you would never know.

Effects will be negligible, especially on flat highway and lower RPM driving. That is, unless you noticed any knocking, which means that your knock sensor wasn't able to ****** timing enough to prevent pre-detonation, and you would then definitely need to run a higher octane fuel.

We've only ever put mid-grade in our 2016 GX460. 222,000 miles and running like a champ.

We run cheap gas in our '18 460 and have 0 issues.

Not necessary.

Bigger problem is probably running it to fumes before buying who knows how old gas from a station with potentially questionable filters.

Regular gas? You probably put your thumb up over the license plate when you are taking pics to sell it.
