Having done this, I humbly suggest you scratch Option C off your list.
Reason: the swap goes the other way. It is much easier to drop the engine and transmission (I am guessing the yukon is 2wd) into the truck than trying to move the truck over onto that frame. THAT has been done thousands upon thousands of times and there are no mysteries to it. The parts for the conversion can be on your doorstep in a week and you can do it from budget to big money. You choose.
Edit.
Upon re-reading, that didn't come out right, so I'll rephrase. If you plan to keep the 350 in the C10 I don't know which route is best for the Yukon. However, if you plan to meld the two, I highly encourage you to consider LS swapping the truck with the engine and trans from the Yukon. That is a much more popular route and easier to do than going the other way. Body swap route is possible, but will require more work, likely be more expensive, and has less market support than LS swapping the C10. I've done this very swap and let the project creep win - but with discipline, it can be done relatively economically.
If you ditch the whole deal and still want to throw big $ at an FJ40 - there is a badass one in Boise a friend is looking to sell.
