Only clicks one time. Checked the battery. Its good. Reads 12.4 volts. Tapped on the starter and solenoid when trying to start. Didn't work.
Any other suggestions?

Check fuses & relays. Probably a bad starter.

How old is your battery? Just because the battery is saying it's at 12.4 volts doesn't mean that it is still good. You need to put a tester on it that tests it under load to see how many CCAs it has.

12.4 volts is a low battery. 12.7 is what a fully charged battery should read.

Have you tried to jump it?

Yes. Tried to jump it. Didn't work.
Battery is less than a year old. It's an interstate.

If it is a starter the F150s are super easy to change thankfully and not a complete nightmare like a 5.7 Tundra

What did you try jumping it with? If you tried with a small car, it's not always going to be able to jump your pickup since it has a smaller battery. I've seen it take 15min to charge my wife's dead 1500 enough to start with my ranger.

Is it the 5.0 engine? If so, check Fuse 27 in the fuse box in the front of the engine bay. If it's bad order the Fuse 27 relocation kit. Basically the fuse in there in that generation is too small. I had this same issue happen. Battery tested good but I replaced it anyway. Still kept no-starting. Found this mentioned on some boards and checked and sure enough that was the problem.

Yes. It's the 5.0. Tried jumping it with my Toyota tundra.
I'll check the fuse. Thanks!

If the engine isn't turning over at all then that fuse isn't the issue. If it's turning over but not starting that would be the first thing I would check though.

Yeah. No. It isn't. Just one click and nothing. Guess it's the starter.

Have somebody hit the starter with a small hammer while you crank it, see if that gets it going. Also, do the fuse 27 fix while you are at it. Assuming you have not done it.

take the starter off & test it. Put 12 volts to the big lug on the solenoid & the gear should shoot out & spin. It may be shooting out but not spinning.

If you're already down there with a hammer, properly diagnose it with a multimeter to determine it's getting power.
