2011 Ram 1500. Radiator recently developed a hairline crack near the upper part of the it on the drivers side. What's the best JB Weld to attempt to seal it. I've tried the JB weld plastic bonder bc the radiator is hard plastic at least where the crack is. The stuff I tried won't harden completely. It stays somewhat pliable and hasn't stopped the very slow leak.

You were never going to seal that crack with the plastic bonder because it is a bonding agent, not a sealer. I'd try using something like Propoxy 20 I've used it to seal up condensate return lines on boilers. I've also used it on pin hole leaks on steam lines if in a pinch and couldn't fill out a hot work permit.

You gotta replace that. Seriously, it's better to spend an hour or two putting a new one in than 4 hours on the road waiting for a tow in August because you and I both know it ain't breaking down when it's 70 degrees out.
