I bought my 2020 Wrangler JLUR there 5 years ago.
The online price was legit except for as pointed out, some of the dealer add ons which were mostly BS.
I did get a few free oil changes.
I'd have to go back and look up specifically what the add ons were, I don't remember right now.
They were advertising exactly the Jeep I wanted at a substantially marked down price. I think it was about $10k below MSRP. So after the $3k of BS, I was still at $7k off.
I was talking to another dealer (in Las Vegas, NV) and the best they would do was about $3k off MSRP. The other thing was the way the Vegas dealer ordered all of their Jeeps was not what I wanted. That dealer was pushing the 2.0L Turbo with the Sky One-Touch Power Top.
The major thing to watch out for at Mac Haik is the Finance department.
I walked in there with my pre-approved loan from USAA and the Finance guy asked to see if he could beat it and they'd give me like another $1,000 or something off the purchase price if I used their lender. I said, OK, see if you can beat it.
I gave them an hour and they tried 20 different lenders or whatever. Couldn't come close to what I already had with USAA.
I was thinking no harm, no foul, OK.
All was good until I refinanced my house in August of 2020 and they wanted to know why on one day in February of 2020, my credit was run 15 times. They did fifteen credit pulls during the hour that they were trying to beat my USAA loan.
So, word to the wise, come in with your own financing, don't let them try to beat it. Just buy it and go home with the vehicle you want at the price you're looking for.
