Finished an oil change this morning, while taking the pan screw out, the oil was dripping covering my socket wrench and I had to remove the screw by hand. I thought there must be some trick or something I'm missing to get it off quicker. Or maybe it's a sign something is off. Either way, what do y'all have for me?
For my tips, always double check where you oil catch is and adjust appropriately. If you're going to be laying on engine area to do anything(spark plugs in my case) and are 35+, get some egg crate to lay on! When in doubt, dispose of used oil even if you think it'll fit. I almost did that today, but decide to just be safe. That would have been a mess!
