'25 LandCruiser 1958 with leather upgrade. Loving it so far.

Will not miss maintaining 2015 Porsche Cayenne Turbo the board warned me about a couple years ago.

How's the engine? Car reviews were pretty direct about their disdain for the turbo-4 vs. the engine in the GX550 as being a better option for the chassis.

I would imagine it's acceptable in daily driving, but I'm still curious to hear your thoughts.

I am prob not the best judge for opinion as I am coming from twin turbo V8.

Complete 180 on feel and sound. I miss the quickness in Porsche, but still a smooth ride and no complaints with the LC. If I am comparing it to the sluggishness of GX460s, way better. Haven't driven a 550, was on the list with Sewell but decided to save $20k+.

I'm two weeks and 500 miles into mine, and the powertrain is fine. The torque from the hybrid drive helps a lot with acceleration, but it's not going to win any drag races. The only real complaint is the limited fuel range due to the size of the tank.

Nice ride! Congrats!

Do you mind sharing how much you got it for out the door? We bought my wife a new Bronco back in November. She narrowed it down between that and the LC. Luckily she liked the Bronco better, because it was about $15-20k less for a lot more added-on options.

I think the cheapest I was able to get an LC with factory leather was $72-74k.

I believe the sticker on this was $64,800 (dealer adds annd aftermarket Katskin leather) and got it for $58,800. This car was 68/70 a few months back when they hit the lots.

Keep in mind this is the 1958 and not the premium (horizontal head lights that comes standard with leather, sun roof etc)

I joined the 1958 club too!!

It's basic but in a throw back kind of way. Mine has cloth which was fun to get back into. Really feels durable and comfortable.

Awesome! Meteor Shower is my favorite color. If I didn't wake up and decide to buy what was on the local lot, I would have searched for one.

I totally would have been content with cloth. I just lucked out with what was in inventory and negotiated to have them throw it into the deal. Congrats!

I wish Toyota had the round eyes available on all models. Far and away my favorite look. Nice choice.
