Have a meeting Thursday morning in Houston so was going to head over to NRG to check out the auction.

Details are pretty vague on their site. Says auction starts at noon. Wasn't sure how quickly they rolled them through there.

Any advice or tips would be appreciated

Auction usually goes from Thursday through Saturday with the top dollar cars on Saturday. You can walk around and look at all the cars that are up for auction in Houston. You can view the live auction and there are seats you can sit down and relax and watch the action. Thursday will likely have the lower valued cars going across the block.

I have gone a couple of times and enjoyed seeing the cars that were available. Not buying just kicking tires. I bought the tickets online in advance.

Extremely recommend going even just to look. The cars are all in huge lines. Awesome just to walk thru looking at all the cars. Might be an entry fee of $25ish. Worth it

I saw an orange plymouth roadrunner on a trailer at Bucees between sa and Houston last week Tuesday. It was gorgeous. I talked to the owner and he said he was taking it to mecums . Curious what it sold for

Gates open at 8 AM. The auction starts at 9 every day with Road Art (memorabilia, gas pumps, neons, etc.) and cars start around 10 AM and last until it ends. Looking like after 7 for today and tomorrow.

TV coverage on ESPN+ starts at noon and runs until 6pm.

Tickets at the door are $30 and NRG collects a parking fee.
